Vendor Application Form 

Festival Booth Guidelines

• All vendors are required to sign a booth application.

• I understand that I will have to pay upon registration. Please etransfer $60 to belweder.org@hotmail.com upon completing this application.

• Vendors are considered on a first come first served basis and application priority will begiven to businesses that sell Polish products and items related to Polish culture.

• The assignment of booths, number of tables provided, and placement of vendors is at the sole discretion of the Polish Festival Vancouver Committee.

• All vendors are required to have their space neat and free of hazards.

• I understand that the organizers/venue are not responsible for damage, loss, theft for my booth. Any liability insurance is my own responsibility and I agree that all organizers from the Belweder North Shore Polish Association.

• An adult representative of the participating vendor must be present at all times during all operating hours of the Festival.

• Vendors are to refrain from hanging, taping, gluing, stapling, screwing or tacking decorations or other materials onto any Pipe Shop facilities or equipment.

•  Set-up and pull down is the sole responsibility of the vendor.

•  If electrical outlet is need you must provide your own electrical cord.
